Product information, technical articles and engineering data on this site are provided for general guidance. Specifications may change without notice. For any commercial or design-critical decision, please request a written quotation specifying the exact configuration.
2. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, drawings, structured data and brand marks on this site are the property of LAUX VALVE Co., Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any portion for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial reference is permitted.
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. They are not binding orders. A binding order arises only when LAUX VALVE Co., Ltd issues a written Pro Forma Invoice and you confirm the deposit. Lead times quoted are working days from cleared payment and may vary based on production load.
4. Warranty and liability
Every LAUX valve carries a 24-month warranty against material and workmanship defects from the date of shipment. The warranty excludes damage from improper installation, operation outside the published service envelope, abrasive media not specified in the order, or third-party tampering. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected product.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be settled by arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Tianjin Sub-Commission. This policy was last updated on May 15, 2026.
